  • 6 Workouts/Week & 1 Rest Day

  • Choose 30 Min Workouts/Day or 15 Min Workouts/Day

  • Workouts can be done at home or at the gym

  • Workouts can be done at whatever time of day works for YOU

  • All workouts can be found on the Trainerize App

  • Every exercise is accompanied by a video
